T20 cricket is all about excitement and thrill. Moreover, it has brought cricket to the next level. Gone are the days of Test cricket and 50-50 one day international. But why there is so much hype on T20? I think India winning the inaugural T20 championship was the turning point.
It got a good hype because this type of cricket is short and entertaining. Then came ICL (Indian cricket League) which involved players from different countries to participate in Indian county. Got good popularity around the world but shortly ICL was pounded and smashed by a new league i.e. IPL. Everyone knows whats IPL is about. Its about money honey. A huge success in 2008 season touched highest ever TRP in Indian television history.
But what happen to Champions league T20, 2009?
Would anyone like to comment on that....
